How much exp per hour and what defence lvl can you do it at?

 

exp/hour depends entirely on your atk/str levels, but you can get amazing exp doing this. 1defence pures can do it too. no quest requirements either.

 

over 120k/exp hour can be achieved i believe. and its not armoured zombies

This guides free on other sites, it involves two people with roughly same combat to entre a PvP world. At the dueling arena one person attacks while the other heals using the healers located in the main hall. This isnt a bad idea as its also gains ep.

mines elaborated a bit more tho, like saying best ways to maximise your exp/hour, but yeah.
