I'll be looking to dial back on post updates but it's fairly reasonable to assume this behavior will probably continue as is. Either way, it'll be possible to verify when checking the thread in question.

I am unsure if there are cooldowns between posts (although I believe there are), so just by glance this appears like some script that runs in a randomized fashion (as time between each later post is offset) and is currently misbehaving which leads to it executing two times in succession for each bump that occurs.

As for what's really going on here, perhaps a Sythe moderator will be more well equipped to investigate. Thanks!

 

Scripts to bump ur threads are allowed as long as it is manually run each time and not automatically after a certain time.

 

I do not see anything in the rules that state what you are claiming. "Manual assistance tools" do not encompass a script that runs an automated action to post on your thread - it means you can use a tool to set visual reminders or prompts to which you can use as a cue to manually bump your thread (Mods - correct me if this is the incorrect interpretation).

Regardless, the script being used in this instance (if it is a script), is double posting each time it is being executed. This is in clear violation of time between bumps in the rules regardless of which way you try to navigate this.

Finally, do you have any direct involvement with the user in violation? I recommend checking out:

I will add some additional notes / thoughts here as a final addendum.

The most suspicious thing here is the fact that these consistent double / triple posts happen. If this were a script or manual tool, or whatever you'd like to call it at this point, it'd be expected for it to execute once and only once (at the moment the person triggers it) - because why would somebody knowingly trigger it to double post this many times?

This is the reason I've listed autobumping as a potential violation to begin with and why there's some logical foundation to coming to that conclusion given this behavior is continuing even after being called out.
