I cannot create a new account

I want to create a new account, it says that one has already been created with my IP-Adress, however i dont believe that was my account, i have tried to recover the password from said account and cant find it in any of my emails. I would like to create a new account and/or get the email adress to the account that was made on my IP-Adress. The account was created in 2009 so if it was indeed me who created it i have no memory of doing so or even know what email i used, or if i even have access to it anymore.
