How to prove an account has NEVER had recoveries!

O.K. people have been wanting me to clear this up a little bit, so im redoing it all, When someone deleted recoveries, they are deleting the recoveries for the stolen password recovery, but it will always show the first set of recoveries or the longest standing recoveries, that is the recoveries that were on there for the longest time in the forgotten password recovery section, so if someone says "my account has NEVER had recoveries" you can check =)
