    Requirements are inconsistent.

Ordering from sythe directly? Must verify in writing you have read and agree to the Terms of Service.

Ordering from Discord? "By opening a ticket you auto agree".

Discord makes you read before you have access to a ticket (i.e. clicking). Sythe doesn't have that tool. Therefore, you must get written agreement.

No support. The ToS rules are fine.

No support but maybe support of having a set rule on how the "open ticket" page should look? In terms of info on ToS etc.

When opening a ticket on discord (Atleast with providers i use) = "By creating a ticket, you accept our Terms of Service = with link to full ToS)

You not bothering to read it... your issue. absolute impossible to miss if the discord is set up proper.

This isn't happening. To maybe illustrate better to you why this is the system, there's amplitude of reasons why someone may add a user off-site or find out by word of mouth someone has something listed for sale. A button that is limited to creating a ticket and verifying the user agrees to the ToS is significantly different than that.
These are not the same thing. Feel free to read A Guide to Terms of Service (ToS) for more info.
