I paid his worker 14M to get my pure a firecape, he died and got 2 defence on blowpipe.

I just can’t take it seriously that hes offering a 10$ refund and telling me to waste my time trying to sell a 2 def pure in a oversaturated market.

First you wanted to sell me the account for $110, then you mentioned how you wanted $110 for the 2 defence levels gained - which i don't think is fair.

We offered you free services but you wanted $110 no matter what...

So here is an offer for you:

We get barrows gloves for free on the account (hopefully that is possible without gaining any other attack levels or prayer levels) so that you can sell the account for a zerker. Normally we charge 200M for that so that is around $80 but maybe a bit less given you already have some stats trained and quests levelled.

Yeah I did read your TOS and did specify that the account is a pure atleast thrice in the ticket. I do admit that I was not typing completely coherent sentences and that’s my bad so I’ll clarify it here;

when you suggested that I sell the account for 150$ in the market, I offer to sell it to you for 110$, you didn’t want the account, no problemos, just send me the 110$ and I’ll keep the account but you didn’t agree to that. I tried to be fair by first suggesting that the account is worth ATLEAST 80$ and had hoped to set the negotiating price at that.

I tried to find a fair solution with you as it was an honest mistake and it could’ve happened to anyone. But I just get the feeling that you were trying to jerk me off for a tenner refund and free service which didn’t feel fair considering that using your skilling and questing calculator it would cost 600M to make the exact same account.

edit: as for the free bglover, no thanks, I’ll let the mods judge and decide how much $ I’m owed. I don’t really care that much about the money but I want you to be held responsible and not troll and offer me a maccies meal for a 2 def account worth ”150$” in your eyes.

15. Only you and the worker should have access to your account details, never give more people access to your details. Change the password after every service done.
16. If you have an ironman account please state your wealth so that we can find a suitable worker that is trusted by us.
17. In case of high valued ironman accounts we will try to find a worker with the deposit that matches the value of your ironman account. You are insured the value of the ironman account in OSRS GP. In the rare case items are lost during a service (and we are deemed responsible) we will give you the value of the GP back but will not retrieve back items since this is very RNG based.
18. We are not liable for the death of HCIM, we will always put experienced workers on the account but ordering with a HCIM is at your own risk.
19. By using our services you agree to our terms of services.
20. We are allowed to make changes over time in our terms of service. We will always inform you in the announcement channel.

At some point i believe you mentioned you didn't want any money for it but i believe you deleted that message.
That's why i gave you the offer to at least refund the order amount in full.
After that you told me you believed the account was worth around $80

You wanted me to buy the account for $110 to then re-sell but i told you i cannot do this.

Now you want $110 and still keep the account, i don't think that is a fair request at all.

I am offering you to rebuild your account to a zerker (and refund the order amount of 33M) which increases the value from the account more then when the account was a 1 defence pure, but you also deny this request..

It seems like you are the one trying to gain the most out of the situation and you are not looking to be helped.

Any verdict of moderators i am fine with, if they decide i should pay you $110 it's what i will do - even though this request is not reasonable imo

 

Nope nothing is deleted, it's still there. I never told you to re-sell it as I don't care what you do with the account but as you didn't want the account I offered to just take the money and I'll keep the account :3 I am also fine with whatever the verdict will be but I'm not asking for the 110$. I want the mods to evaluate the accounts worth accordingly.
