Point is that, you will get full xp. With out glitch he would get around 3-4xp since it was floor 1.

 

This can't be taken as a glitch because this is how it normally is. I've got 40+ Dung, and this is how it normally is.

And he didn't get full xp because it says he was meant to get 35, then modifier moved him down.

 

I think you haven't understood the idea. Normally the modifier goes more down because unbalanced team. Now it doesn't count that in. And for unbalanced teams, it isn't normally like that.
