By using this guide,
Player A wealth transfers to Player B.

Requirements:
Player A: 56 Crafting
Player B: 57 Magic

1. Player A buys gold bars and diamonds.
2. Player A makes them into diamond necklaces.
3. Player A sell diamond necklaces to Player B in trade.
4. Player B enchants the diamond necklaces -> phoenix necklaces
5. Player B sell the Phoenix Necklaces to Grand Exchange.

Repeat.

Prices at this moment:
<item> - <minimum> <market> <maximum>
Gold bar - 104gp 110gp 116gp
Diamond - 18k 19k 19.9k
Diamond necklace - 15.1k 15.9k 16.7k
Phoenix necklace -18.5k 19.5k 20.5k

What about the cost of the Cosmic rune to enchant them?.

 

Works amazing, and don't worry about the cosmic rune lmfao, its only 200 gp tough.

The difference in price between the two items is rapidly decreasing. People implementing this method are selling Phoenix Necklaces for lowest price in grand exchange making its value decrease.

It doesn't work that well anymore since Diamond Necklace is now worth 17.2k and Phoenix necklace 17.9K (both med prices)... since cosmic rune is 100 gp ea it is 600k per 1k instead of 4m.
