Multiple Sythe accounts?

Are you in fact allowed to have more than 1 Sythe account and use them, provided that you dont ban evade with either of them?

 

And as long as they don't come in contact with each other and/or vouch.

Just depends on what the infractions are for.

As Gohan said, they can't interact whatsoever and are only allowed in the theory that it's a different person (sibling on the same IP, etc...).
