Indeed, it's a slow skill but i think $18,000 is a little over the top.

I assume you worked that out before tax, and employers cut.

It probably ends up at about $0.50 per hour by the time the power leveller actually receives the money. Sad, but true.

 

Not really sad, if their job choice is playing RuneScape for a living then they kind of had it coming.

The economy in china is really bad. Due to the extremely large population of the country, work is often hard to find. So people are forced to work up to 20 hours a day just to feed their families. It's a last resort, granted, but there's not alot they can do about it with so much competition with so little work. Also, because china are an economically developed country, machinery has taken over the majority of available jobs, so little is left to be done by hand.

I'm not sure on that one. I think there is a certain aspect of this skill that you can get to 120, not the skill itselfs. There seems to be alot of confusion with it.

I don't know. Judging by the 8000 hours they predict it will take, $18,000 comes as no surprise.

Haha yeah they need to fix it, it doesn't take that long after all 2 days later and people are lvl 57 I would guess 2000 hours. 18k you may as well buy a pro as car lol...

I heard it goes to level 120... If it's true.. then that's 100M xp= more money.

It's sad... I see no real point in this skill and I'm sure people will find a more efficient way to train it..
