Fervid - Account hacked

Hello,

This is the original owner of Fervid right now on this account. I hadn't logged in in a few months and when I came back I found out that my account had been restricted from using the markets and that it had a new display pic and someone else's Discord ID displayed on it. So I would like to get it recovered.

Okay, so I did a Windows Defender virus scan and it did say that I had malware in the form of a keygen I downloaded off a torrent website (the software was AutoDesk Maya 2019) but I think it's just a false alarm. I've quarantined it anyway though.

To fight my case, I would say that you could check the other guy's IP, and you'd probably find that he's from another country. Also, I don't use all caps in any of my threads but he did when he typed out his discord. I don't know, I guess I could if I wanted to fool others, but honestly this wasn't me!

I also have the email address that this account was created with I believe and I have the Skype that I used to trade on through which I got most of the ~50 vouches I have. The Skype id was fervid123.

I'm making a new thread as I couldn't send replies to the last thread I made, so I asked Zora, a mod here, and he told me to make a new thread.

So I have the Skype and the emails that were associated with this Sythe account, Fervid, still:

• The current email address associated with it is [Redacted]
• The oldest email address I can remember and one that this account was probably made with was [Redacted]
• Also, the Skype id I used to trade with here on Sythe that allowed me to get my vouches is fervid123

I still have access to all 3 of these addresses. You can add me on fervid123 on Skype to authenticate and all. I can also show you my real life ID card but I don't think I'd like to as I keep my real life and internet life separate. But if it's really, absolutely needed then I could.

I'd like my account to still be associated with the email [redacted] but if that's not possible then [redacted] should be fine.

Also, do I get to have normal market viewing privileges again? And will the "DO NOT TRADE" badge go away and will my old threads come back as they were?

Thanks for all the help so far.

If it's okay can I keep my current email that's already associated to the account on it as it is? I'm pretty sure no one has access to that email ([Redacted]) as I have a different password on it to many of my other accounts/email ids and I have a recovery email on it as well.

But if that does not work, then [Redacted] should be fine. But really would prefer to have [Redacted] associated with this account still.

Edit: I have a lot of my threads back, so thank you for that. But I can't find my vouches thread, is there a reason for it not being there? I can't find a place to edit my signature or profile picture either. Would like some help with that, thank you.
