How do you stop the Taliban?

I say leave them where they are and let america finish off what was started... then again im not sure why it all started, but i think the british army should pull out and let them finish what was caused by them.

Stop the Taliban? Why does America even care about the Taliban? If you want to talk about inhumanity, I'd say Israel has a much worse treating of Palestinians than the Taliban's treatment to their people. I'm sure the only reason people keep flocking to the Taliban regimes is because of the treatment that the American soldiers are giving them.

Also, America invaded Iraq for oil, not Suddam Hussein. Next they'll be invading Iran, do you guys think it's coincidental that these two countries have the 4th and 3rd highest quantity of oil reserves in the world? I think not.

America needs to worry about it's own problems. Oh wait, oil consumption is one of their biggest ones.

Israel and the Taliban are not comparable, for several reasons.

Whichever side you take, there is aggression on both sides in Palestine, while under the Taliban the main humanitarian problem is the abhorrent treatment of women and the radicalisation of children.

Why would they invade Iran after the incredible success of the Iraq war? By the same logic they'll be invading Saudi Arabia next.

 

Yes, I'm sure rocks against missiles and airstrikes is an evenly fazed battle. Abhorent treatment of women and Radicalisation of children seem insignificant compared to the slaughter of innocent woman and children. I'm sure the same women and children preffered the treatment of the Taliban to the treatment of the "armed forces".

There are two reasons why America has not invaded Saudi Arabia yet.
- Saudi Arabia is a sacred land reserved to the muslims (which make up over 20% of the worlds population). You cannot attack a country of such holyness without a thread of a major backlash.
- Saudi Arabia has maintained a good relationship with America and European Union. They have no reason to attack them, as they surrender to and obey their (UE and USA) commands.

You find me one woman in northern afghanistan who prefers life under the Taliban to life under the coalition forces.

I don't agree with the invasion, but it is a clear fact that at least for some people there has been an improvement.

Reserved to the muslims? How can you claim land to be reserved to a particular religion then complain about the Israeli treatment of Palestinians?

I'll admit I haven't been able to find one on women, however, I have asked many afghan people and I have been told similar to what I claimed. Al Jazeera also backs up my claim.

They (Armed forces) have no claim to the land. Palestinian land is holy to the Jews, Muslims and the Christians. The Jews do not solely have a claim to the land. The land was pre-occupied by Palestinians. The invasion cost them their land. How would you feel if some guy came and claimed to have owned the house because his grandfather died in it. Same shit.

They're getting it without needing to go to war.
