Whats The Fastest Way To 99 Range?

it depends,
1. if your willing spend money on chins as this would be a very fast way (but very costly)
2. i would say if your not looking for good drops, then yaks.
fire giants are also very good way as you DO get some good drops e.g rune scimitar and small amounts of coins. and = there are some good hiding spots
3DO NOT use bow and arrows, use throwing knives, (you could also use crossbow if your looking for good hits)
just keep at it and take breaks so u dont lose confidence,
