Taking Pures Only - They must have the following -

Prayer: Either 1, 13 - 31 with priest in peril completed and have reqs to complete Desert Treasure, 31+ (needs to be negotiated)

Defence: 1

Quests: The 'pure' quests don't necessarily have to be done, as long as they can be completed without effecting the prayer and perhaps, attack stats.

Attack: 1 - 45, 50 (DT and ADDY Gloves applicable), 60 with MM, Lost City, Addy Gloves and DT completed.

Combat Stats: Must be decent...don't offer an account with 40 atk 50 str 1 def 1 range...etc.

It seems like an extensive requirment list, but it's quite generalized.

Technically zerker's are pures. I'm just throwing the offer out there. Don't complain, it's not as if you are being swamped with offers from everyone else.
