Guro- Two Accounts- 2k+ Posts- Scammer?

Pretty basic, it looks like Rsaccsaler been repeatedly selling these accounts:

This is the first thread he made about this level 101:

It's a tank, from looking at the stats. Notice in the thread it doesn't say it has been sold anywhere..

This thread advertises a 101, it doesn't provide any pictures... Tried google cache; couldn't get any
Also, if you read comments notice how people say things such as "never botted my ass etc."
Example:

They would say this if they saw it up in a bot screen such as Rsbot which he has in the other account's pictures..:

Perhaps a mod can go back into the 2cd thread made, and see if it's the same account?
Also, if he does get banned; make sure you ban his other account(s).

I don't get it? If he's just making a lot of threads to sell his account and there hasn't been proof of a completed trade, then I don't get how he's a scammer.

 

First thread, originally show's him selling an account, 101 combat.(This has pictures)

In the second thread, he's selling a level 101 Tank(which is sold).
In the first thread, stats look very similar to a tank... Same combat, etc. as well.


He later makes threads selling this 101 Tank while he already sold a 101 Tank.. Only problem is, second thread doesn't have pictures. I don't know if Globals, Admins, etc. can see threads how they originally were before edited...
Main point is, if this "Tank" is the same; then he sold the account, recovered, and is now attempting to re-sell.


Edit~Also, notice in the threads I listed in the bottom he refers to the account as a "tank." (Same pictures as the first account)

 

So the second thread is the only thread where he sold it? I'll try to get an admin to check what was posted there as only they can see it..
