U can have any prayers on as long as nothing attacks you

 

which basically means you can only use eagle eye, mystic might, rapid heal, stuff like that.

 

Anything you want as long as nothing hits you.

Easy to do it

First u must find a place where ur prayer doesnt run out , then find a way to get out of it.

 

You used to be able to do this exact thing by switching on your prayers and opening an interface such as the quest interface or clicking an emote that you haven't unlocked.

This glitch was useful for PKing with clans and such when you deathdot in places, so you already had prayer on, but with the release of quick-prayers I don't really see the point anymore.

Good luck selling your guide, I'm quite interested but I'll wait for feedback from others first.

The point is what I described in the first post.

One place where your prayer is stopped are cutscenes, goodluck escaping a cutscene without the game knowing while having no access to your inventory etc.

You don't need an interface open to do this, you're free to walk anywhere.
