Trading a RS account for a steam account.

Hello, I just traded my account from another game (combat arms if u ever heard of) for a runescape account lvl 102.

I don't really like runescape anymore so I'll be trading this runescape account for a steam account. I would like the account to have atleast have css.

Offer up, I'm not looking for a huge account
