    I bought 5 gifts from this guy. They got revoked then he just blocked me. I dont want him banned yet i just want a mod/admin to pm for a refund. He really is a nice guy, i just want the 30 dollars back.

    Insufficient proof; you need to provide the convo (not chat logs) to prove the trade took place and also which account got traded, etc..
