I want to know a bit about how you guys think. What are your opinions on the big bang and why? If you believe in the big bang, how. I mean how can you see how intricately a spider sews it's web or how gracefully a butterfly transforms and relate it to a chemical explosion. Also what is your theory on evolution I for one, being a Christian, think it's very true to a point so what's your opinion. Add in any other religious views because I am truly interested. I am very opened minded and I expect everyone else to be, I just want to learn a bit more about the fellow man and different points of views. Of course this thread would not be complete without a last question, what are your views on homosexuals. Right or wrong and why?

There are already dozens of threads on this, most of them are in the Something for All forum.

Personally, I of course know that evolution is true, infact I'm a biology student.

As for the big bang, I'm not experienced enough in quantum physics/astrophysics enough to be an expert, but it is the best hypothesis to fit the evidence at hand.

Angelmax interesting you sound very intelligent I would suggest reading "The Case for Christ" it has educated scientific proof on why the big bang isn't true along with other things proving the Lord exists you can maybe take a look and compare with your theories . I'm sure you may find it interesting. Infidelz, lol thnxs :p

Nothing at this stage in time can prove the existence of God or the big bang. Science and God don't mix, so I will disregard everything you just said and assume it was your religious ignorance that convinced you that what you read was true.

As a Christian I am not 100% positive homoism is wrong and as a human I believe all are innocent until proven guilty and as a child of God I say people need to stop being religious vigilantes gays are humans and if God loves them so should you. That's right a Cristian said we should love homosexuals chew on that.

I beg to differ I suggest reading the book before making contradictory statements, I'll disregard everything you just and assume it was your atheist ignorance that convinced you there is no God.

A book with no evidence to support it proves nothing. While I believe in evolution, it is only a theory. We can't prove or disprove it at this point, just like I said. You assumed that I am Atheist? Why is that? It is quite possible that I may have been religious, but not tolerant of your religious ignorance that you have been so freely tossing around on the forums. The only reason I bring this up (despite the fact that I AM Atheist) is that I can tell you're one of the religious followers that are brainwashed to the extent that if somebody isn't a follower of your specific beliefs, you do everything you can to try to convince them otherwise, instead of accepting the fact that BOTH sides have valid points. That is where we differ - I am all ears if you have a valid point to make about religion, but what is considered "valid" often differs between people who believe in God and those who don't, and I can accept that you have an opinion, even though you obviously don't want to let anybody else have one.

I'll give you the benefit of the doubt here and ask you what possible proof of God could this book have? I don't need to hear about the big bang, because I myself don't delve that deeply into how we became. I'm satisfied with evolution.

As for 'homoism' as you seem to call it, why the hell do you care about what two consenting adults do on their own which does not affect you in any way?

And why is your default position that heterosexual relationships have 'loving family relationships', while homosexuals have 'gay sex'.

The big bang is the only logical explanation we can suit for the creation of the universe. There's probably a much more complex side to the creation of the universe what are brains can't comprehend, and thus no one thinking of the right explanation and theory.
