Post count does not matter?

no, any buyer should be trested as genuine, this should not reflect on their post count.

 

I believe you meant to say "No, post count does not matter. Any buyer should be trusted as genuine. Their post count should not reflect anything on their ability to buy items."

However, if someone has been at a place longer and gained trust, by post-count, vouches, etc, than it should reflect I believe.

ehh, i would trust a person with 500 posts to so i kinda think post counts help

 

Like Kevin said on the first page, I know I wouldn't thrown away this account with 1200+ posts for ANY type of account or whatever it may be. I've spent way too much time to get where I am to scam someone. Just my thoughts on it

 

No Post count is not trust, it is a Number. Might show your activity and Dedication to the forum, But not Trust.

 

TBH i would definately trust someone with 300 + because it shows they have
put effort in and why would you go to the trouble of putting so much effort in and then getting banned....

With post count comes more vouches usually, not always though.

 

I think postcount does matter, but only a little bit, the main thing is vouches.

Postcount shows a little bit of your dedication and gives you new ranks xD

I would say post count is important, but everyone has got to start somewhere. If you don't trust new guys a little nobody would be successful on here because everyone started out as a leecher.

Vouch - 80% importance

Totally agree , people spam and try to get post count because they think it will help them get mod but really its not.

 

Postcount is over exaggerated to say the least. But then again (for the older crowds) Credit Score is merely a number too but it can bless you or fuck you to say the least lol. I say use good judgment; if they have reputable vouches and a good set up of good trades, and they PM you, and all that fancy stuff, then it weighs more on the trusting side. But, at the SAME time, a higher post count for these kinds of people is viable.

For example, you take a guy with 5 vouches that has 20 posts. Sorta fishy wouldnt you say?? (Especially if their vouchers have no PC as well). BUT, say he had 300 or more and 5 vouches... It looks, LOOKS as I said, more viable. Just my opinion.

But your best fallback is your good judgment. Don't wanna trade?? Then don't do it. But to say it DOESN'T MATTER is a little out in left field. In essence it does. Just not to the degree some of you people put it to.
