PayPal Dispute

Alright well earlier i received a dispute from PayPal from someone I did a deal with on these forums. His name is Global fear. The dispute was for $7 he sent to me, not for any type of sale, it was out of genorosity because i asked for it. The reason the dispute links to these forums was because Global fear offered to buy a Runescape account from me for $22 USD. Everything was good until the MM came. I gave him all of the account details and for some reason it didn't work and the recovery failed. I tried it and it DID work this was strange im unsure if the problem was because i recovered it using the creation IP or not. Anyways a little later i told Global fear he could have the account considering i don't play runescape and told him all of the CORRECT details and He happlily accepted the account. An hour or so later i asked for a donation of $3 to go towards a purchase i was saving up for. He happily agreed to it considering i had given him the account. A few hours later the account I GAVE to him got locked. I told him he would get the account back considering he had all of the right info (to what i understand) and it was! About 15 minutes later i asked him for $7 to go towards the same purchase, he told me "fml here take the $7," and sent it to me.

Now i'm unaware if he sent these payments as a gift or something else, because this is a complete false dispute. He also harrassed me to recover the account back or he would get me banned from sythe and sued. This was in a mw2 pre-game lobby, the proof i have for this is about 4 friends that can vouch for me saying that he DID in fact say that.

I have no clue if this is supposed to be in here, so if it's not i'll remove it, and the topic may be deleted. I am also unsure if this type of a topic can be placed here if it is the above can come into action.

I have not talked to Global fear about it yet as he is not online and has not been for awhile, i'm pretty sure he blocked me. I am not willing to take this into serious matter as it is $7. I'm not going to pay for it or "Pay" him back. I find it ridiculous to open up my email after work and find a dispute from PayPal in my inbox over money he SENT to me out of genorosity.

Proof for everything explained above will be provided to any staff members that read this thread. I will do it via PM or email if really needed. I have msn logs and the emails from PayPal. Thanks.
