I am not sure what you mean by avoiding the "ban-hammer", does that mean if i buy this guide, while playing runescape i'll have better knowledge on how not to get banned?

How about just not macroing, advertising, or swearing? I didn't just leak the guide did I...

 

hahah no no. what it is say... for example "you have just botted 7 hours and you have walked away from the computer. you come back to see that the bot has been stopped for 4 of those hours and is stuck in a random. that there you would have to be really lucky to not get banned from that. so this guide will tell you how to avoid it after a long period of time botting or if you have had the same as the example above. do you get what i mean? =/
