Bought an hcim account in december 2021 that got recovered in late august.
How they scammed: Wont offer refund, he says he keeps trying to contact OO as he is a reseller but hasnt been able to get into contact with him for a week. Says because he is not the OO i am not enitled to a refund. Also the account has been resold it looks like because it has been deironed, name change and gained xp since it got recovered.

here he says he isnt liable for the account being recovered because he resold it? maybe he should vet where he gets his account from better and not use his service to just offload recoverable accounts to other people.

 

Tried to fix it with the buyer without sythe getting involved, but apparently that's not an option for him. Haven't had proper time to investigate the situation

Thanks @Zora for re-opening. First of all apologies for my late reply, i thought i had time to investigate it. But one day later i got banned because @jkim203 told @Zora that i still haven't reach to him, which is false because i reached to him at 26th september 2022 >




@jkim203 Reached to me at 14 september 2022 showing me a screenshot that he had received a Password Change Request on 26 august, but he didn't check it because of personal conditions. Instantly letting me know that the account has been Deironed.

He did let me know that it was a HCIM whenever he lost the account >



After this he told me, the Original owner must have 1.) recovered 2.) resold and he asked me if i bought the account in PayPal so i can dispute the payment back.

JKIM instantly tells me has has no interest in "regular iron". "errr regular account".

I was instantly thinking, huh it was de-ironed right?



So i started my investigation about this yesterday and i found a couple red flags for false recovery which are pretty suspicious if you ask me...

@jkim203 Told me the account has been Deironed and suicided to drop over the bank. "Why would the OO suicide the HCIM, de-iron the account, wait 7 days to trade over the bank instead of dropping it". So i looked up the name of @jkim203 account in the high scores. Which was "Paris Texas" but was changed to "Any Whites".




I found this, after the HCIM died with 95.7m Total EXP, it went on as an ironman and gained 96.3mil total EXP before de-ironing. So this gives me the a suspicious feeling that @jkim203 died on the HCIM, lost interest in the account as an ironman and instantly asking a refund before me letting to investigate it.





I've always been good to my customers, But this case doesn't feel like it's legit to say i'm a scammer but not refunding @jkim203 for a resold HCIM that has this many red flags. I'm a loyal sythe user that is not around for bad things but for providing good hcim stuff to people.

@jkim203 is also using two different discords according to Sythe's info.

It is completely irrelevant that I died on the hcim nor that I use 2 discords.

1. If I had not died on the hcim and it still got recovered\ deironed would you be more inclined to refund me?

2. Previous recovery report thread was a misunderstanding and I gained nothing from that. Even then it was a precautionary report that I deleted due to misunderstanding, mods can check

3. Why bring up I use 2 discords, again completely irrelevant .

matter of the fact is you cannot recover the account because OO scammed and you are just bringing up many random points to try and deflect blame to me. Bottom line is I don’t have access to the account, you cannot recover it and I am entitled to a refund, regardless of what happened to the account

 

@Porrrrtyla has no intention of paying back his customers. He just buys accounts from random freaks on Dutch Facebook and when the accounts get recovered a year later he uses his reseller leverage to try and deflect blame to someone else to avoid refunding the customer. What he is suggesting here, that it is a false recovery is completely ridiculous because This could easily be solved by contacting the OO and recovering the account which he is unable to do.

It is relevant because your story changes and the facts are different with the stuff you bring up which could suggest u made a scene for having your account recovered which has never happend because you have no interest in a 'non hcim' like you stated before. In case you tried to brighter this report on made with these false facts I mentioned before has nothing to do with me not being able to recover the account for you because you have no interest in the account anymore like you said.

Please contact the person you're mentioning in my last thread, i owed him 350$ and paid 200$ so far weeks ago and we made agreements without Sythe being bothered but I hadn't responded to him for two days.

It's all about how he set up this story, @jkim203 has no interest in recover the account, just want a refund. "His own words"

 

I have bought many hcim accounts on sythe and then died on them, but have never posted a report trying to ask for a refund, I dont see how this is any different. I’m not gonna lie, the account has no value for me but that doesn’t mean I am going to try and screw you over for it because I have integrity. I just can’t fucking access the account I paid 600 for and put 500 hours into.
I could easily have just said the OO suicided the hcim status and the account was still hcim before it got recovered. That would have been impossible to prove wrong but I didn’t want to take that avenue.

 

Thats actually the case, you lied about that. You messaged me that it was a hcim before it got recovered. Your statements are
contradictory why would you leave out that it wasn't a HCIM anymore?







Also i've never seen any proof of you not having access to the account, except a password change mail which u can send to yourself. If possible please send me your evidence.

To boosten the value of the refund probably . I'm more than happy to refund if someone is wrong by my side. But your lack of transparency, contradictory statements and choice of communicating isn't a proper way if you ask me.

I'll try to recover your regular account, if thats not possible i will refund the money equivalent to the stats of a normal regular account with the same stats as "Any Whites" because your 600usd refunding price is all based on hardcore ironman status.

I am literally answering your question and I clearly state it was hcim WHEN I BOUGHT IT, taking screenshots out of context and keep trying to deflect blame. Mods can you just ban this clown already. its been over 2 weeks i gave this rat to contact OO or come up with a resolution and he hasnt initiated the conversation once. I message him on discord what he thinks is a fair amount to refund and he justt ghosts for 2 weeks straight. He hasnt taken the initiative to resolve this at all, He is obviously just delaying this so he can scamquit more members until he is banned.

And if you cannot recover the account which would assume that I am right in that the account did get recovered WHY DOES IT MATTER WHAT STATTUS THE ACCOUNT IS IN RIGHT NOW? the owner recovered it and cleaned the bank which I played 500 hours of. Bank value of the normal iron was close to 500m and you want to refund me equivalent of fucking normal account? How am i at fault here for ANYTHING? You purchased the account from a scammer, not fucking me

 

New update:

After further investigation I reached back to the original owner, and i am pretty sure that he recovered it because he deleted me on discord at the date he should have paid me 400$ for an ironman i gave him earlier.

I have all his personal information such as ID card and will ask the Sythe staff which actions can be held against him.

I've talked with @jkim203 on discord, and I have apologized to him for having the account being recovered. My apologies again on Sythe and you deserve a refund.

I fully refunded him because we got both scammed by someone which I trusted after setting up anti-scam measures such as providing ID card and personal details.

Hope we solved it this way on your and my side.

 

porrrtyla has refunded 300 today and plans on paying an additional 75 by november
