    Billing question

    Hi, im wondering if anyone can help me figure out whats going on with a new account I got.

    I wanted to buy members for this pure, I went to buy it on my credit card and it got declined. I was told I was blocked from some methods including credit cards, possibly due to fraud. I submitted a billing query, and this was the response.

    Ok, cool jagex, so how the fuck do I fix this? I sent them another query, because they gave me a typical bullshit response the first time.

    Yay! Im fucking cool, I got it to work.

    Oh wait, no, this is jagex here. So here we are again. After this 'reinstatement' I try to sign up using different methods. Paypal, credit card, debit card, surfpin (purchased from Amanda. on this website).

    So I sent them another query, I'm currently waiting on a response. Another question I have, is what is with this surfpin error. Did I get sold a bad pin? Or is it because my account is blocked? I feel like it may be because it is blocked, even though they told me they fixed it, because all sorts of other payments are being declined still.

    Also, when you use a purchased pin, what do you do for the phone number? And do you have to choose a country anymore?

    Well first of all, is your PIN a AUS PBP? If it is, change your country to Australia and then try using the PIN. If you don't know what country your PIN is from, then contact your seller.

    For the phone number, I think you have to type 8 or 10 random digits starting with 04 (for Australia anyway). Don't know about the rest.

    If you still get the same error, then you probably did get scammed.

    You have to pay by cash. Mail them money, use a UGC or wally card.

    Yes, its an Australia pin. But I am never prompted to select a country, how do I pick it?

    At the beginning it says something like, "You're country is _________, if it isn't click here."

    Nope, not for me at least. I go from selecting payment option (click PBP), Terms and Conditions (input phone number), then input pin. I've looked all over for a country selection option.
