How much is it worth?

I've been thinking of selling my RS main. I want to know how much I could get for it if I were to sell it. Here are the details:

Level 118 combat
99 fletching/cooking
permanently muted (though Jagex unmutes when new skills are released)
over 100M of cash and items (could easily make it all cash)
almost all quests are complete

I would say maybe $70+ for the 100mil since its a main it probably has fail stats and the permanent muted thing is just unappealing.

 

It would probably be dirt cheap if there was no cash on it, being muted forever is pretty damn degrading. Find a method to sell the Mils for $2 ea or something similar.
