Not even a great guide. It's making scrolls out of pouches. There are tons of guides in public forums about this already. Plus, this would take ages to hit 99. You only get around 3 XP per pouch.

 

It's probably not this method since you gain profit. The guide seller wrote that it can be pretty costly.
