Why am I banned??

Hey, my brother demented radio had a Sythe account banned last year. I however have just joined Sythe in 2010, all of a sudden my brother told me that someone was gonna ban me because we had the same ip's (I use the same wireless Internet as him).
I had donated $25, I had 8 successful trades. Then all of a sudden I was banned for the following reason.

You have been banned for the following reason:
Ban evading, your brother got banned (on the same router.) You're responsible for your own IP.

Date the ban will be lifted: Never]

This is utter bullshit, what else am I supposed to do? Get a different modem? I use this site to trade and sell my accounts my banned brother has nothing to do with this. I was building up a reputation... I was gaining friends I was donating to the site.

I have done nothing wrong at all... my brothers responsibility has nothing to do with mine. Also who ever banned me knew I was his brother. I don't deserve the ban... please rethink this.
