Paypal Help Please.

Okay so I recently made a Paypal after coming to Sythe. And on my paypal it says I have limited access, which means that I can't give money take money etc. It says I need to Photo ID and proof of address. I admit that I had wrong address information when I created the account, and I changed it today. I don't know what today because I can't make another account and transfer the money over. I also don't know what to summit to them because I live in my parents house as a teenager. Please help?

 

Your best bet is to say your underage when you call them and wait 90 days and then you can call back and they will lift the limit partially to withdraw the money via your bank(if added) or a check. I have done this twice and it is the only way you can get your money out of a limited account when the account holder is underage.

 

Ahh. Thanks for the reply. So I have to call them not talk to one of their automated customer service rep?

 

You call and there is an auto message thing but if you want to get to a rep fast just say my account and payments then unknown charge and you will get an agent within a minute usually. Then just state you are underage and want to know how to get your money out. They will say you can't for 90/180 daysblah blah and then just hang up and callback in 90 days

 

Okay thanks but one more question. How can I get the money out if I don't have bank account linked to the account? Could I make a new paypal account and then xfer over to that one, or would they limit it again? Thanks.

 

No they will not let you send upon lifting the limit. They only let you withdraw via Check, or bank.

 

Wow so basically I just shouldn't waste my time. This is damned.

 

Whew it worked, they said my account should be up and running in 24-48 hours. Nice lady I spoke to. =)
