so a guy here on sythe hacked my wow account (poisonivy) and i called in to phone support today to get my account back.

girl - well it seems okay you logged in earlier today
me - but that wasnt me i got hacked
girl - you logged in earlier today does anyone of your friends have acess to your account?
me - no i got hacked
girl - well your account seems fine you just got to login to account managment and change password and you should change your email password to.
me - but i got hacked!
girl - all you have to do is to login and change your email

then i thought i can recover the account since the secret answer is right, so i write in my email my name and it works then the secret question comes...
