Sig / Word Linking Help Please

I had a brief look through the topics here, also at the Sythe FAQ, and couldn't find what I was looking for. I didn't know whether to post this in GFX section or not, so if I did post in the incorrect place, close it.

I've seen people with signatures (images) that enable you to click on them and it opens up a page (a page they have linked it to). I've also seen this done with words. Example - To see my vouches click 'here', and when you click it, you consequently go to their vouch thread. Same principle applies to signatures / images.

I was just wondering how you do this, the coding. I realise it's probably very basic, and I used to know, but I forgot and would really like to know again .
