    I want to be able to boss and other high-leveled activities, but also kill players efficiently.

    I can get more Strength bonus out of my gear with 45 Defence, since it opens up Fighter Torso, Rune Boots, Berserker Helm, and Void. Not to mention, it also gives me the ability to use Vengeance; however, the only downside is a higher combat level which means I will meet more maxed-out Tanks in PvP.

    Build One
    99 Attack
    99 Strength
    30 Defence
    95 Prayer

    Build Two
    60 Attack
    99 Strength
    45 Defence
    95 Prayer

    I'd personally say go for the zerker, fighter torso, void, vengeance etc sound good to me.
    With 30 Defence though, what pros/cons would you get with that?

    Build one for sure, requires a bit more work, but would be very good.

    + if you mess up you can fall back on 45 defence.

    stay as low def as possible???

    dunno what quest u need or skills but close to 1 def as u can 60 att 99 str then sww how u go, if its goign bad u can always build upwards :)

    I would be able to risk less but have more attack, making my hits more accurate and stable. On the other hand, I lose access to a number of things, including Vengeance, Rune, Fighter Torso, Rune Defender, Berserker Helm, etc.

    Thank you, I think that's what I'll do.

    All those things you listed with the zerker are worth it. for 15 defence levels (4 cb lvls), you gain veng, and all those other things. I would simply adjust your build two slightly, and make him 70 attack and go with a whip. Those turmoil whip zerkers are beast.

    Definitely build 1, zerkers are good, but there are so many high level tanks when maxed zerker.

    You guys do realize that build 1 is going to be higher combat level than build 2 right? Build one will get eaten alive by other turmoil zerkers, and range tanks.

    Yea, that would be sick. =P
    btw from peoples votes it's tied 4 to 4 i think so yea u decide though if you want 1 or 2
    and you also need around 45 summoning from all the pre quests

    Build one would mean riskin less in pvp, and would most likely be more fun, the 99 attack would open up more weapon options etc.

    Not everyone that level is a maxed tank and zerker there's only a few, most of the people are mains so you will dominate as build 1

    Although thats true, a modified build 2 (70 attack) would still be much more powerful than build 1. Zerker helm, whip, rune defender, vengance, torso, all make for a nasty zerker. The 30 defense will be too little, and even mains with junky stats will hit high.
