When babies die in a hospital

Im sorry, do you have a child? Have you ever lost that child because of a hospital's accident?

 

I lost a brother from neglect from a hospital.

 

Sorry, lets resort back to the original question which was :

 

Let's resort back to my statement. My mother had a kid and it died and she sued the place and now they aren't open anymore.

 

Oh, but since you have never had a child, never experienced child birth or how hard it is to lose a child, then you can voice your opinion just because you lost your brother? Oh wait, that goes against what you said :

 

I obviously experienced pain in losing a brother,and Tj I pity the soul that knows you in real life.

 

I'd sue the shit out of the hospital. Not to compensate for my dead baby, but because I would be furious at them for not knowing what they were doing and want revenge.

 

I would sue them to get even. I will admit the money would be some comfort.

 

The money would not really matter, its just that you would want a revenge and want them to suffer with some debts

 

How does the loss of a brother equate to the loss of a child?

You haven't experienced such, so your point that it is painful is just as ignorant and invalid as TJ's that it is not. While it could be perceived as such, as the pain is observable in greater numbers, you can't truly comprehend till you walk in their shoes, and such.

I wish I knew TJ in real life, we would tear shit up.

Also, souls don't exist, so your pity of them is as effective as feeling sorry for a dead person.

 

Doctors in hospitals are under an incredible amount of pressure, and naturally they can make mistakes.

And of course, some people are greedy and will sue them for all they have.

 

Or in contrast, some people are just malicious.

 

I meant the pain of losing a child, not childbirth.
I didn't say making another child is hard, bt doing so right after an event as horrific as losing a previous child is not easy. The last part was meant as a suggestion, not a threat.

It isn't the best solution, but it's a solution nonetheless. When individuals sue big companies or organizations, the press gets notified. The press releases the couple's story and the hospital gets a severe blow to its reputation.
Keeping the money that is won during a legal battle is not always looked upon as a victory. It is just an added benefit that can help you overcome your loss. With that being said, however, there isn't a price great enough that would replace a human.

 

But you can't tell someone to have a child, lose it and know the pain, and then say you know the pain, but only loss a brother. That is ignorance. Also, pity me all you want. Honestly, i don't give a fuck.

Alright, wait a year. Its a child, besides the mother giving birth to it, you have no real bond to it. Yes, im aware that there are chemicals released during child birth that creates a bond for the child and mother.

You can't tell me you can't put a price on a human life, but then say you would sue the crap out of them. The least you could do is if you get the money, donate it all to charity.

I think its wrong to sue the hospital just because the baby died. Even though it was probably the hospitals fault, there is no way to put a dollar amount on a life of a baby or any human being.

So you're telling me your baby just died, you had high hopes to be a mother/father and be the very best, the best there ever was. The doctors fuck up on something ever so simple and your baby dies, for you to not be able to be a parent, for them to be just like you someday. You would just be like eh, dude shit happens, and wouldn't take the 300,000$ in the first place? First up no human would be like oh a large sum of money let me not take this. You would, stop trying to look cool.

 

Suing for a large amount of money is ridiculous and not needed. Now, if you did it to cover the hospital bills and the funeral, i could see that because without the screw up you wouldn't have to pay for the funeral. I wouldn't put a price on a human life, so the second to last sentence is invalid. To the last sentence - i am cool.

 

Wrong, if they were like oh well, sorry your baby is dead but here is some money. You wouldnt be like eh, nah I'll just go cry. You would take it.
