Rune defenders are the best offensive shield in the game, giving significant attack bonuses and a strength boost of +5. It is THE BEST for fast training.

Cyclops are also one of the best forms of training in the game, and give upwards of 50000 experience an hour with decent gear and super potions. They offer rune defenders (which have an estimate value of 100k each), all herb seeds, and level 3 clue scrolls.

prices will be different for anyone under 60 attack (or anyone under 70 attack without a dragon scimitar) I have the right to refuse and refund anyone if they give inadequate gear.
