Explanation of the trade: Too long so putting it down in a spoiler with complete 19 day timeline.
Also I have not included Wise Info since that includes bank information for both me and KolsD. If any mods need it, or would like a complete history of chat, I am more than happy to help with that.

Before I explain the trade, I have traded kolsD multiple times and everytime this happens, that they commit then always delay payment because they commit without actually having the payment. I used to not mind it being late by 1 or 2 days, but this time its gone too far.

Also would like to mention we already have a multiple 99's skilling service on-going on my main by them, which hopefully wont be affected (hasn't yet at least) because of this report.

So we agreed to do a trade of $625 for 2100M OSRS Cash on 29th August, 2022.
I made the payment on the same day itself, payment was completed same day itself, and we agreed it may take 3-4 days for the gold to arrive since I was paying a little less than regular prices so I was fine with that.



29th, 30th, 31st, 1st September go by, no news.
on 2nd September they reply to me (4 days later) and then also they said they don't have gold. They said If I was till tomorrow they can do a big amount, so I agreed.



on 3rd September (5 days later) I'm being informed this is a pre-order (no such discussion at the time of ordering, only discussed a 3-4 day window to deliver). Now I'm being told I still need to wait and they need a few more hours to get the gold. So I said fine, whats a few more hours I can wait.



Before I went to bed I hit them up again, and they informed me that they were unable to arrange the gold. They asked to do the trade in the morning, at which point I was starting to be impatient because $625 is not a joke. I asked them if they can guarantee tomorrow then I am willing to wait … to which they just replied "yes lets wait for tomorrow, its late for me now".



Next day on 4th September (6 days later) I'm being informed they cannot make it and they can refund me. I asked them how long it could take and they mentioned that the owe gp to other people, and their farm is going dry as of now. Since I have been trading with kolsD since I joined sythe, I decided to wait for 1-2 more days in good faith.



5th September - no luck
6th September - no luck
7th September ( 9 days later), I got agitated because this was going no-where and asked for either the gold or a refund.



Then they tell me they are already in big debt, and they have 0 IRL money (I have already paid them $625 9 days ago). I saw that they have been trading on Sythe from their vouches but seemed like I'm the only one not being paid ... so I said the same. They eventually said that their farm was looking good and when I said I am opening a report, they asked me not to and that they will arrange either gold or refund, it should be sorted by today.




Next day, 8th September is the same old story. They tell me others are also about to report them for the same, at which point I'm scared of losing my money now... but they keep on trying to "Explain" how they have to pay others, their workers and all other expenses except for paying me, and to quote "does not look realistic to deliver anything large anytime soon".



on 9th September they agree to finally refund me my money since they cannot arrange the GP. I give them all my wise info (original mode of payment). They mentioned they will transfer money later today. I followed up with them and they said they already sent it, but when I asked them to share the link of transfer, they ignored me.



Then later I reached out to them for an update, and they said now their 39x farm accounts are banned. I finally said I am opening a report because this is clearly being dragged or I'm being stalled, but they said in 3 hours I should have my money. I asked them for the link for payment that they initiated again and I had to nag them constantly only to find out they lied, he said he can only do 30% refund atm (which means no money was sent at all) and that don't have enough money to refund me.





I told them they can wait as long as they want but for my safety I need to open a report, they said if I opened a report their friends or whoever they were loaning money from would not give them money if they had a scam report open.



They still tried to keep on convincing me that they can pay it all off if I don't report them. Then they said if I reported them it could take MONTHS to get my money back. Just because of that, we finally discussed that they can take 1 more week and they will pay me full gold or full refund to which they agreed.



I finally gave them time till today (17th September), to either a full gold payment or full refund.

I tried reaching out to them in between this on whole on a daily basis and they Saturday they will make the payment.

Well today, I reached out to them and they again as usual asked for 2 more hours... I gave them another 2 hours but now the situation is out of control and I feel like this will take months if I keep giving them time. I finally had no choice but to open this report.

How they scammed:
They have my $625 paid already and no payment of 2100M gold even after 19 days.

Total roughly: 600M gold, 3x corp kill services + other services, 2 accounts sold and more from the undefined trades.

Its safe to say that have been making good money but choosing not to pay me from what I'm seeing in the vouches section.

 

i will pay back my debts, just have to wait at this point until money comes in, nothing i can do now besides waiting

 

C'mon buddy, its been 19 days, and you've been constantly selling gold/services to others according to your vouches. I want to trust you but at this moment, I'm compelled not to...

@Yoshiki, as I owe some money to @kolsD I came to an agreement with him to send the monthly payments of the account purchase directed to @Suika to repay him what he is owed, not saying 100% of the owed will go to @Suika as the Total to send @kolsD is higher than what @Suika is owed, but until @Suika has been refunded by kolsD at once or by bits per bits, @kolsD won't be touching my money directly until his debt is fixed

I am completely on board with this but as highlighted to both Kolsd and Shadow as well, they have a 6 month plan and I am hoping the expectation here is not that I need to wait for 6 months for this refund. Would like this sorted as soon as possible.

 

It's not paid in 1 time tho since with kolsd its agreed to be monthly payment, and I can't shit out 625$ in one day
