    I had purchased a account off pandapowa and it was a ironman and i had used it for few months and couple days ago the account was recovered back and the OO saying it wasnt him even though it was recovered as i got no email saying the email was changed. His friend that sold him the account and i told him before buying it if he trusts him for sure and he said yes (this is a friend of his thats in a different side of the world). He "recovers" it again and all the items in the bank were taken out and is was cleaned. I have no reason to try and scam them as panda said he would buy it back off me for %85 value which i paid 2000 for the account so i would be getting 1600 ish back for it. One of the reasons I know they his friend took the items as he added both of us into the call and he said it wasn't me and I said like i need my money back and he said he is in a tight spot in real life and the account had 1.5b on it so thats $600 bucks with gold prices right now. The account when I had it had a bank pin so there is no way a hacker can remove a bank pin within the 7 days so it couldn't have been one and the email I made for that account was brand new so it could of not been compromised or I would anyways see a message the email was changed.
    Me and panda are wondering how to settle this as $2000 is not a small amount to just shrug off you know so wondering you with your expert opinion what to do here.

    Just a heads up I do not want this to target him in any way but having the account recovered and everything which was not his account but a friend of his who while talking just left the group call panda had us in just makes it more suspicious in my opinion and at this point, I have taken a $2000 hit and wanting at least to make it fair for both of us as there is no point of me taking stuff off the account when i can get 85 per cent of the account back when panda resells it for me it just does not make sense for me to create all this headache.

    sorry for the long talk but hope you can have an expert opinion on this.

    hey he does not deny that he sold me the account and such we just want to see how to come to a decision on how the refund is going to go for both of us if its split or who is liable or such.

    The evidence is required to have as much information verbatim and validate it. Also, was a terms of service agreed upon? If so, can you provide screenshots of that as well.

    After deposit, the TOS below will apply. E-Mail change will be given out after I've received payments in full. If you wish to sell the account back to me during the payment plan, I will keep the deposit, assuming the account is still in original condition. Account must be paid off by May 27th, 2022.

    1.I will keep the registered email for the first month with warranty. This is to provide safety and account security. I will not be responsible in any way for the account after the email has been switched over.
    2.I will retain all the recovery info for safety purposes. I will assist in recovery as long as you can prove ownership to the account. This will make it easier if you ever resell the account.
    3. I am not responsible for any bans or mutes after you obtain the ownership to the account.
    4.If you decide to sell the account, I may offer to buy it back at a fraction of the price you paid. I will not be held responsible for the account if you choose to not sell it back to me.
    5.Warranty is voided if you receive a DNT, get banned, or decide to sell the account.
    6. I will list the account for you again if you decide to quit and take a 15% commission for helping you resell the account.
