odd thing is today i saw two other 'tanks' one claiming to be 'maxed' at 88 def? and another claiming to be an effective tank at 114 cb? neither of these two sellers bothered to show a picture of no recoveries either sooo...heres my tank.

It is kinda maxed, 94 mage is enough max for tank rangers, dont need 99 for vengance Take this as free bump also.

mmm time to clear things up:
1.When i said reasonable stats... they arent too important this acc has better stats than most 120s and prolly higher total level too :S
the main thing i need is an acc which has money to play with.
spent a total of 80m on range and mage :S dont expect 80m for the acc tho just mention cash alongside ur offer .
2.for future reference i havent said i will or will not go first so please no one come here saying u go first etc. coz i havent said i wont >.>
3.I dont have paypal if you feel you cant give me what im looking for on an account i DO accept; wall-e cards,numerous membership pins(for this acc),rwt methods. but an account is still required with these just maybe ill exclude the cash factor
