Infraction Suggestion

I was thinking of something like, if a Mod infracts someone that the post automatically says "This post has received an infraction" once you infract them, this way it gets rid of extra spam reports of the same post that was already infracted.

 

I think maybe a little sign, or a message at the bottom of the post saying 'Moderation notice: This post has been infracted'. Although, if you do infract somebody, you could always write that little notice yourself.

 

It honestly adds up and gets annoying.

How about combining all reports into one thread (like how it does if the previous report wasn't archived).

I agree, support, maybe it could delete the post as well? Or make it visable for moderators if it is needed for an infraction appeal for evidence.

 

How about the option to report (if possible) get immediately deleted. So if theres a post saying lol. I report and then the report button dissapears for me and other users.

I support, there are always like 10 reports for people posting "pin generators" etc.

I support Skele_Master's suggestion. Why not make the little red icon visible to users and once the post has been infracted, it's immune from reports and a message comes up saying 'This post has already been infracted' if someone does try and report it.

 

It's like a 5-month old thread... But support.

 

I support..this would also ensure users something has been done; when a mod only posts "Done, thanks" you don't know exactly what they did, so color coding the post you reported to what action they've taken would help a lot. Support Gohan ^_^

 

Or also maybe if people report the same post as spam make it go into one thread for the person. So mods can say "oh this person has 2 spam posts aganst him he should be infracted" something like that. I dont know how to explain it.

 

I support, it would save the staff some time if multiple people report the post.

 

Isn't there a red card if a post has been infracted? If not, then full support.
