    The Perfect Diet.

    IntroductioN:
This guide will help you Lose body fat by eating the right foods, at the right time, speeding up your metabolism, and focusing on keeping you healthy.

    Breakfast:
For breakfast, you can eat anything you want! as much as you want! until you feel full. Reason for this is because breakfast is the most important meal of the day, the main one, the big one. Everything and anything you eat during breakfast affects your energy levels throughout the day.
Things i recommend eating in the morning:
-Sweet, sugary cereals (give a lot of energy, sugar is a quick source of energy.)
    -Pie/Cake (again, sugar=fast energy source)
-Milk (as much as possible, this will make your bones stronger, and will help you grow)
-Meat ( i know this sounds weird, but meat is high in protein, and fills you up)
    -Eggs (protein)
    -Whole wheat bread
    -Pasta
    -Rice
    [IMG]
    Things you should avoid:
    -White bread
-Chocolate milk (has a lot of extra garbage that you dont need)
-Any food with a lot of sodium
    [IMG]
    Snacks:
These vary, you should eat these throughout the whole day, in between breakfast, lunch, and dinner .
    Recommended snacks:
    -Nutri Grain Bars
    -Any vegetable
    -Any fruit
    [IMG]
    -Fibre
    [IMG]
    Water
You want to keep your metabolism running, burning calories, so healthy snacks throughout the day are very important.
    Lunch:
This is not that important, you wanna eat something in between light and big, just a medium meal. You wanna stay away from sweet foods starting now, your sugar energy should be done now and you dont want to consume anything containing lots of sugar or high in calories, leave that to breakfast ;)
    Recommended foods:
-Whole wheat bread sandwich, with Lettuce, one slice of cheese, one slice of low fat ham.
    -Chicken breast (grilled or oven)
    -Milk
-Water (water is key, you must drink a lot of this throughout the day.
    -Fruit juice
    -Fruits
    -Vegetables
    [IMG]
    Foods you should avoid:
-Any junk food/fast food (i know, you're in school, your friends wanna go to mcdonalds, or whatever, but dont eat any of that! this will mess everything up..)
    -Red meat
    -Anything with high sodium
-Anything else listed in the other fatty foods.
    Now, for the big one....
    Dinner/Late night meals:
This is the big one... Most hardcore gamers, or people that are out all day that come home and eat a huge ass meal for dinner...this is where people are getting fat! consuming one big meal in the middle of the night, then going to sleep will just turn a lot of it into fat... Think of it like this: Do you put gasoline on your car when you leave it for the night? or when you go out in the morning and its empty? well its the same thing here, you're not gonna use that fuel while u sleep, its just gonna sit there.
    Foods Recommended:
    -Chicken breast
    [IMG]
    -Fruits
    -Vegetables
    -Milk
    -Water
    [IMG]

What you eat at night is pretty much what u have for snacks, but a more lean, and less calories.

Going into this diet, is going to be hard getting used to, but once u get the hang of it, you are GUARANTEED To lose 2LBs of body fat EVERY NIGHT WHILE YOU SLEEP! Trust me, this diet has been passed down to me from some of my family members and friends, and it truly works! If you're over weight, you got nothing to lose! Also, working out will also speed up the process, but most people that work out consume a lot of food for dinner, so as long as you dont break the diet, its good. I know the guide isnt that good, its my first, but rate it, try it out, and post results after a week (make sure you stick to it, and you'll be good)

    The Perfect Diet.

good guide. Also whole milk (fatty milk) is healthier than semi-skimmed milk.
Whole milk creates enzymes what makes it digest. Semi-skimmed (healthier as people would think) Creates less enzymes and thus digests less and unhealthy.
I would avoid pasteurized milk as its associated with worsening health.

    The Perfect Diet.

Mediocre guide with a bit of incorrect information.

    Breakfast:

You cannot eat as much as you want. Anytime your body eats more food than it needs or can currently use, it stores as fat. Following your suggestion will lead to an overdose breakfast, causing weight gain and a sluggish side effect for the rest of the morning. Good selection of foods, but are you being serious about sugary cereals and pie? Sugars a quick source of energy, but the simple sugars you just listed are also a quick source to crash 15 minutes after. Reccomend deleting those two choices.

And for the dinner, your mostly correct, except for the part about not wanting to eat before you go to bed. Your car/gas analogy is flawed. You do in fact want to eat before you go to bed, but you want to eat something healthy. Your body rebuilds itself during sleep, and if you work out at all, sleep is when muscles are created. In order to avoid a catabolic state, you need to feed your body before you sleep so it has the materials it needs to rebuild. I reccomend a lean protein along with complex carb.

Decent guide outside of that, I suggest doing a bit more research on the subject. Overall accurate info though.

Thanks for the suggestions, and I worded some of the stuff wrong.
I meant to say for breakfast, eat until you are full, not "as much as you want", you're right, over eating past what your body can hold will cause weight gain, I'll fix that in a bit.
Eating sugars for breakfast is infact a good idea because it will give you quick energy that will get you started quicker and will give you a lot of energy. As for the crash, thats when the snacks come in.
You are right, my analogy of the Car engine is kinda flawed towards muscle gain and working out, but this guide was made more towards those who want to lose body fat only, not for those who want to gain muscle mass.
Thanks for your help and your input though,Ill fix up the guide soon.

The ideal breakfast is a quality protein and some complex, slow burning carbs to get your day started off right. Sugars are not a bad idea, but the ones you listed are simple sugars, which will cause a crash fairly quickly after ingestion. If you need the sugars for the jump start, just eat some fruits, as those are the natural sources of the good sugars your body can use.
