    Which violation you are reporting the user for: Attempting to RAT and gain access to people's computers.
    Why you think they're violating Sythe rules: I was looking into SOCKS5 proxies and I came across YiLu. I was pretty interested until it makes you auto download a program after signing up (Program is in a winrar folder). I ran a virustotal on it and the results are included in the image attached. I will also include virus total link
