Was purchasing a crown for $10, I paid him ten he confirmed, was about to trade logged out. Came back on said his computer shut down, told me he would not do trade unless I sent $5 more

Please ban this asshole, and I have his IP as well. I rather not post it on here but I will post it if I feel he is ban evading.
