[SWAPPING/BUYING] Level 3 blank account.

Hello dear Sythe.
I'm new to this forums, so I might be incorrect with the information I have to provide, but let's shoot.
I would like to swap/buy a blank level 3 account. Under that I mean, everything except Constitution 10, should be 1. Since I cannot do account like that anymore (because of the Tutorial mining/woodcutting 4), I tought maybe someone have one for a sale/swap.
