    please unban Bigpunisher
    Someone was selling Bigpunisher a runescape account which he was hacked
    and the kid who he hacked it off posted a scam report on
    he also admitted he hacked it
    and he's now IP banned for being a known scammer - name Royalscep
    Bigpunisher only asked a MM to recover the account for the original owner because he felt sorry for him
    He realises its wrong and wants another chance
    he also recived an infraction for it then got banned a day later which he doesnt understand
