I just want to know why I'm not unbanned with a TWC and Market ban while Inventor419 can do worse than me and come back without either, Daily can post paypal phisher dumps / phish them himself, Deacon Frost can ban evade 5+ times, Rabs can come back with a TWC/MB, etc.

I tried contacting him hours before I was banned, but he lives in Europe. He's permanently banned, and for what? Farcast got saved from being banned simply because Tylobedo was already banned. I understand in Farcast's situation the screenshots were 99% chance fake, but still there was no way to prove, and he wasn't banned simply because Tylo was banned.

Please just let me back to the community/off-topic/GFX sections.

I'm afraid your ban is conclusive. After reviewing your appeals and the original report, the large majority of staff decided a permanent ban would be the most appropriate action. There were enough discrepancies in your postings discovered (soon which are not public) to make this completely warranted.

 

The bottom line here is: Did you intend to pay for the Pumpkin?

You have failed to answer that question, which is really all that matters in the decision of your ban. If you didn't intend to pay for it, then you intended to scam, and hence you remain permanently banned. In the examples up top, not one of those members were caught scamming another Sythe member, so you cannot compare the situations.

With myself in the MSN convo, you really had no answer to these questions. You claimed you "thought" you sent the Paypal payment, but provided no reasoning as to how you made such a mistake. You had no transaction history on Paypal, and ended communication with TaharZ almost immediately after you claimed to have paid.

It's quite obvious why you refunded the Pumpkin. You didn't expect to be banned for the scam. When you realized you got caught, you decided your Sythe account was worth more to you than the scam itself. It does not provide any further credit to your character. It simply shows that you did not expect to be caught.
