I purchased an HCIM from this fucking dickhead for 200M. I purchased it from him after he said it had no bans, and then I got logged in and it was banned. Waited two days for it to be unbanned. Played it for the past two weeks questing and then logged out right now. He just recovered the account.

update : he is not willing to come to a resolution. he thinks im am trying to tarnish his reputation and that i will not come to a resolution. i have been here for 5 years and have never made a report. this is bullshit lol.

Then Baba messaged me and said why would he recover the account and then went offline after saying he'd deal with it later. Have a feeling I'm out 200M

he says because I didnt accept the 200M that this is a scam. He sold me an account that he said has no bans. I logged in, set my email. Went to change the name and seen it is banned. Checked the account and see it has a 2 day ban. I cant return as i had already registered my email. He agrees to give me 40M back for this foresight. I quest and grind the account after the 2 day ban and he recovers it today. He or whoever made the account. I was under the influence that he was the original owner like his fucking thread states.

1. Once the account data has been submitted, I am no longer responsible for future violations. This includes the small possibility of a RWT ban for trading accounts.
2.- Once the account information has been passed, a refund is no longer possible.
3.- We will provide the user data once we have received and confirmed the payment, also if the customer requests it, we will provide the date of account creation and activation of the first bond.
4.-it will not take more than 24 hours to provide the details of the sold account, (there is a slight possibility that during the sale some personal inconvenience may arise that merits my attention)

these are the terms and conditions on his thread that he sold me the account. note number 6, no account will have a ban. he sold me a banned acc. i let that slide. i will not let him recovering the account 1 week later slide. the email is no longer registered to my email. i no longer have the account. I have been DMED by multiple people who have reported this person just after posting this thread. How do him and his friends continue to get away with this? I just want my money back at this point. This is bullshit.

I wanted the account, I didn't want my money. Now I don't have the account or my money @Baba negra. You offered me the 200M back - I mentioned that I already set my e-mail address then you said what do I want to do? You did not want to give the 200m back after that. I paid 160M but 200M seems fair since I've put about 20-40 hours in the account after a week of playing.

edit : I kept the account because it was a 2-DAY BAN as it stated in the photos. not a perm ban. You gave me money back and I thought it was fair. Now the account has been recovered and I have no access. The screenshots clearly show that. The e-mail was removed from my e-mail address. I just want my 200M. I messaged you before posting this thread and was removed from your discord server and accused of trying to sabotage you. Just give me my fucking money back

I was under the assumption you wanted the account back for the 200M when you first offered which is why I did not accept your 200m "REFUND". You did not specify that you would just give me the money back because the account was banned. I told you the account was banned for 2 days and you gave me 40M discount. Look at the screenshots. No where did you offer to let me keep the account and the money. You literally said in your own fucking screenshot that you would give me another account if you had one but you don't have one so you gave me 40M discount. You sold me a banned account and I didnt notice until after my email was set. I would never have posted this if the account wasn't recovered today. I put time and money into this and now you're trying to say you offered me a refund and you're full of fucking shit. You should have been banned one one of the other 10 peoples reports. You scammed me with a banned account, which I took the loss on because my email was registered after the sale. he refuses to issue a refund. I put many hours into this account over the 1 week I played on it. 8 hours a day. He says he doesn’t have the account and is trying to recover it. If successful he will give me it? Why would I want this account back? Put another month of game time for it to be recovered again? I don’t trust this seller and would prefer my money back. I am taking the loss here and believe he should get a TWC even if he repays me. He is completely unreasonable and I see this based on the 10 people that have dmed me since posting this thread with claims he recovered on them too.

I told him I don’t want the account if he can recover it. I want my money back. He refuses.

 

By the time this is resolved he’ll have recovered accs from half the community. Do mods exist?
