Good to know. I still haven't seen it at all. Also, I've never watched the Hangover.

I heard that I've been missing out :/.

Dear lord, what is happening to humanity? Both culture and intelligence are deteriorating, and honestly, without those, there's not much left in life to enjoy.
Intelligence is something used to impress ladies, and culture is pimping your ride and showing the result off to ladies in order to impress them.
If you have the cranial capacity to understand the word "cliche", than honestly, I needn't say more.
The movie was terrible. Honestly. How can anyone like it? 8 Oscar nominations? Jesus, this just proves my point, humanity is failing. Avatar fans are even worse then Twillight fans. And dear lord, there's so many of them.
I'm seriously ashamed to call myself homo sapiens. I honestly think there should be a distinction between avatar fans and people who's IQ are actually near or over 100 because obviously, somewhere, something went wrong in the course of evolution.
I walked out that cinema and went straight to the counter, asking for my money back.

    /rage.

As a serious question though, just because I want to be sympathetic, just because I want to try and understand your species:
How did you watch the Speech scene and not throw up? Did you actually enjoy it? Where any of the characters compelling to you? Was the bad guy awesome to you?
    Please help me understand!

Time to head off to find other Avatar topics in which to post so that my effort here doesn't go to as much of a waste

Great effects to the movie, as well as storyline. I mean it was dull at times, but overall great movie.

The storyline was rubbish. The concept if it was good though. They could have made something a lot more epic with the technology used instead of focusing on flamboyant scenery.

I actually quite like the storyline. The special effects were spectacular as well.

The movie is coming out on April 22, 2010 on 'blu' ray as well as dvd.

Didn't really like it that much, it was ok but not worth all the oscars.
