First two website templates

100/100 pagespeed score and 100% XHTML 1.0 Strict compliant was the goal I was going for.

CSS won't ever validate because of the border-radius properties but who the hell cares about it anyway! I tested both sites on browsershots.org and they look fine on every browser.

I found this really nice template for a base but really worked on it and changed it around like crazy.

If minify was working like it should (content encoding error in firefox, don't know about others) I would get 100/100 but whatever
