You get all the mining spots for yourself, all the trees, all everything, if I'm right. So yeah, that's a pretty nice gain.

All Pest Control games = Auto Win
All Castle Wars Games = Auto Win

All training spots = Empty

Party Room = Empty (transfer?)

Not enough proof to be honest, useless without being verified. Get somebody trusted to add you, if you were legit you wouldn't worry so much about somebody finding out your username.
