Which violation you are reporting the user for: [Section Rules] Infernal Cape Services in violation of rule 6: As a worker, you may not provide services for more than one active service thread; this means you may not bump your own thread while working for another service thread.

Why you think they're violating Sythe rules: In the pictures below you can see Tannuleet has his own infernal thread whilst also working for Runehub and Primal as infernal caper

It's 5am here, I'll be here later today to handle this matter, when I'm actually awake.

In short, @Tannuleet is not our "worker"

screenshot's above refer to a cape completed 2.5 Months ago, before the new rule has been added, as such, it should be ignored.

Completed capes for us on a pay per job basis. We quote the customer & then re-sold the job to him, due to our main caper being unable to perform at the time.

the has been no working agreement what so ever.
Upon reaching an agreement with our Client, he was added into the ticket for coordination while completing the cape, rather than risking Imposter scams or anything alike outside of our server.

 

if the adapted rule requires this, we can of course remove his rank while he is not actively performing a cape for us. however he, like multiple others in our server, hold ranks soley for their own benefit (Multiple GFX artists, Mods, Scripters etc).

Cannot be in a group conversation with you @Primal, talking to a potential customer. That would be considered a "worker" by us. As this is almost a year old/a year before our rule being implemented, it's not going to hold any weight.
