OctavioPT is a scammer

OctavioPT scammed me out of 17.50. I attempted to purchase a Runescape account from him (http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=798271),l I went first, sent the money and asked him for acct information, he sent me false info and logged off. These are MSN logs.

By that time he was already logged off. I've tried the same thing over and over even trying to copy and paste directly, I know I'm not typoing. Runescape is giving me bad user and password.
