Well, if they do have one then it will bring RuneScape to a whole new level because instead of using the waters for boat rides and fishing we can have a better experience of the underwater depths of RuneScape. Imagine swimming in the vast open seas lol. I'd be pretty impressed but not if it were the skill.

 

I honestly think the new skill will be diving, it can incorporate all other skills, and we already got a glimpse of diving when you have to go dive to get the crab meat for recipe of disaster.

where you travel about rs and be a bard. Also, the leaked cape with the harp could support the barding skill

Yeah + they said its a money making skill which is tied in with all other skills.
Personally I'd like to think it's time travell.
Going back to the 3rd age would be fun, also their are new runes being made with writing like "ha" on them.
